1. Quality Standards & Lab Analysis
We guarantee 100% pure natural hardwood charcoal without chemicals. Every shipment complies with chemical specifications: Fixed Carbon >80%, Ash <3%, Moisture <4%, accompanied by accredited laboratory inspection reports.
2. Free Sample Policy
We provide 2-5 kg free test samples to registered commercial buyers for lab and burn evaluation. International courier freight is covered by the recipient and fully credited back against the commercial invoice of the first contracted container.
3. Pricing & Incoterms
Official price quotations are offered FOB Egyptian Ports (Alexandria, Damietta, Port Said) or CIF/CFR to buyer destination sea ports, based on prevailing ocean freight rates.
4. Export Documentation & Certificates
- Official Egyptian Certificate of Origin.
- Phytosanitary and Fumigation Certificate issued by the Ministry of Agriculture.
- IMO Non-Hazardous / Self-Heating Test Certificate for container shipping lines.
- Certified Commercial Invoice and detailed Container Packing List.
5. Custom Packaging & Private Labeling
We offer custom brand packaging (multi-wall craft bags, PP bags, printed cartons). High-resolution packaging artwork must be approved at least 10 business days before container stuffing.
